Social Events
There will be a number of social events during the conference. There can be some changes (we will update the information and confirm any variation). During the meeting there will be a transportation service from Los Cancajos to Santa cruz de la Palma and back. Also, the bus L8 (S/C Palma-Cancajos-Airport) runs every fifteen minutes from the bus stop near the Hotel Taburiente to S/C de La Palma and back.

| Thursday, 17th | For those people staying in Los Cancajos, the bus will leave at 08:30 to the Meeting and come back at 21:30 after the public conference and reception. You can see the map here. |

**The menu is fixed. For accompanying persons, there is a charge of 40.00 Euro (children, 10 Euro). Please indicate the number of accompanying person(s) in the Credit Card Payment Form. To ask for special menu (vegetarian or children) and for other requests, please, send an e-mail to the LOC (gtc2011@iac.es).
The meeting participants and accompanying persons are wellcome to enjoy the facilities of the Club Náutico (swimming pool and gym) during the Meeting (some rules of behaviour and attire apply). If interested, please, send an e-mail to the LOC to ask for the Club Card before the 28th of october (gtc2011@iac.es).
