Abstract & Poster Submission

All participants wishing to present a contribution to this Conference are kindly requested to submit an abstract of their talk(s)/poster(s) before June 30^th, 2011. Special emphasis will be put in talks or posters describing science carried out with GTC data. You will be informed by September, whether your choice of oral or poster will be accepted by the SOC. This information will also be available on our Web site. Among the contributed talks submitted, a number of them will be chosen by the SOC to be highlighted in a special session on Friday 18^th.

There will be a sufficient number of panels available in a room adjacent to the conference hall for display of posters during the whole duration of the Conference. Individual panels (90cm wide) will be provided.

Before sending an abstract, please register using the web tool. Once registered, you can log in to your personal account and add your talk or poster abstracts. You can then modify all of your personal data, as well as the abstracts at any time until 30^th September, 2011.

Poster format

The panels to put the posters have a space of 90x90 cm.
