We will show our preliminar results on our observations performed with OSIRIS+GTC and the Red TF. In order to detect LAE's at z~4.45 we require to look for their Lyman alpha emission line in lambda~6634A. A region of ~4Mpc around this QSO will be study since these regions are sites of proto-cluster formation. We have obtained 15 images with a FWHM~20A mapping three different velocities in 5 different sky regiones.
