Registration

Those interested in participating in the meeting can do it in two different ways, each one with a different fee:

In-person attendance

In this format, the registration fee includes meals, coffe breaks, social activities (with exceptions), a welcome present, and the welcome cocktail.

Virtual attendance

In this case, attendants will have access to the streaming of only the plenary sessions. Virtual participants can request only e-poster contributions. It will be possible to have some interaction with people present at La Laguna via the mobile App.
 
Irrespective of the format, people interested needs to register using the on-line form above. Once registered, you can log in into your personal area to submit contributions and/or request accomodation grants (only Junior members). The personal information in the Personal Area can be modified (e.g. the attendance to the conference dinner) until September 1. 

Contributions

Posters will have elecronic format (e-posters). More details on the format and on the way they will be presented in the meeting will come soon.

The maximum number of contributions you can request is 3, with the restriction that only two oral contributions can be submitted only to two different parallel sessions, one of them being the Enseñanza, Divulgación y Patrimonio (EDP). Summarising, one can submit:

  • Tral - e-poster - e-poster
  • Talk - talk EDP - e-poster
  • e-poster - e-poster - e-poster

Requesting accomodation grants (only Junior members)

Junior members can apply for a grant that covers the accomodation from September 4 to September 10 (6 nights) with breakfast included. In order to apply for this grant, it is mandatory to send a contribution (poster and/or talk). A maximum of 50 grants are available. The announcement with the list selected candidates will be on June 1.

Deadline for request for accomodation grants and/or contributions: April 22. Registration is open until September 1st.

Payment

You will receive the details to pay the registration fee by email (tci-suarezguerra@bthetravelbrand.com) once you have registered. Note that no payments will be accepted at the conference except for the dinner payment.​​​​​​​
