Picnic Information
- Each registered participant has a picnic bag included for lunch. After the survey, 464 picnic bags were ordered. Since then changes in the registration have happened. We hope there will be enough bags for everyone
- It is not allowed to eat in the conference rooms. We understand this can hinder the group meetings during lunchtime, which will need to start a bit later, but we must follow the University rules
