Covid19 Prevention

The organization will make sure the conference rooms are well ventilated (the Aula Magna has an air extraction system) and we will measure de levels of CO2 from time to time. In the case the detected levels of CO2 are considered of "bad quality air" during extended periods of time, the participants will be notified through the APP.

To avoid mass spreader events, we recommend to make responsible use of facemaks and we ask to use common sense in case of fever and/or strong cough episodes.
