Registration Instructions
Registration and abstract submission should be done via the On-line Registration Form. Once registered, you may log into your personal account and up to the deadline, you can add/modify your abstract, as well as change any of your personal data. Note that there are earlier deadlines if travel support is requested!
For posters, there will be a sufficient number of panels available in a room adjacent to the lecture hall for display of posters during the whole duration of the Meeting. Individual panels (90cm wide) will be provided.
Travel Support
We expect that funds will be available to support 5 -10 participants at CW11. The support will consist in one or several of the following, to be allocated at the discretion of the organizers: the airplane ticket to Tenerife (to be purchased by IAC); coverage of expenses in Tenerife (hotel and meals); the waiver of the meeting fee. To request travel support, a corresponding box in the abstract submission form needs to be checked, and the abstract needs to be submitted before the deadline for travel support.
Meeting Fee
The fee (100€; waived if travel support is granted) should be paid by credit card or bank transfer. If travel support is being requested, wait with payment until a decision about this request has reached you. Note that registration is not considered complete until you have paid the meeting fee (unless you received a waiver). The Registration fee includes coffee breaks, the Teide excursion, the La Laguna guided visit.
It does not include the conference dinner (for more on this, see Social Events)
Payment by credit card
Only VISA or MASTER card are accepted; they will be charged the day after the deadline. For credit card payment, please print the Credit Card Payment Form; fill in all applicable fields with CAPITAL LETTERS, scan it and email to cw11@iac.es, or send by fax to +34 922 605 298.
Payment by bank transfer
Please note that the bank transfer has to be free of charge for the receiver. Quote your name and the reference “CW11” with your bank transfer, to the account given below. Please send a scanned copy of the transfer-receipt to cw11@iac.es or by fax to +34 922 605 298.
