5 February 2013 (EXTENDED DEADLINE): Deadline for registration and abstract submission if travel support is requested.
8 February 2013: Access to preferential room rates in Hotel Nivaria, La Laguna
24 February 2013: General deadline for registration, abstract submission, and fee payment.
18 March 2013: Meeting of the CoRoT Scientific Council at the IAC headquarters (only SC members)
19-22 march 2013: 11th CoRoT Week
Tentative Schedule:
- Tuesday 19th: Morning and afternoon sessions
- Wednesday 20th: Morning session. Teide or La Laguna excursions.
- Thursday 21th: Morning and afternoon sessions. Conference dinner.
- Friday 22th: Morning and afternoon sessions.
- Saturday 23th: Optional hike to Masca.
