The legacy of CoRoT ground-based observations in the seismo field
Abstract
We used HARPS-ESO to monitor the CoRoT targets observed in the seismo fields since the launch on December 2006. We collected more than 7000 spectra on more than 200 stars, also complementing the CoRoT targets with other variables of the same classes. Other spectra were collected using SOPHIE-OHP, FOCES-CAHA, HERMES-MERCATOR, FIES-NOT, NARVAL-TBL, and HERCULES-Mt JOHN instruments. We present here the legacy of this extensive monitoring and the plans to make the HARPS-N archive a resource for the whole community.
