Hotel Bookings

RESERVATIONS

Hotel bookings will be made through the LOC. We have negotiated with the Iberostar Grand Hotel Anthelia a block booking at special rates for reservations made before September, 8th.

IMPORTANT NOTE: These rates (highly competitive for a 5 star hotel) are given to us assuming that all participants stay at the hotel so we do not encourage you to stay somewhere else (e.g. if you have booked another hotel as part of a holiday package). Please read the cancellation policy below.

To get those room rates, the booking must be made through the LOC. The hotel cannot guarantee these rates or room availability for reservations made after the deadline indicated above. Do not attempt to make an on-line reservation directly through the Hotel's homepage. The only way to get a reservation during that period and at the prices negotiated is by submitting the Hotel Reservation Form to the LOC.

To make the reservation, please fill in the Hotel Reservation Form and send it directly to the LOC by fax (+34 922 605 298) or email (constellation10@iac.es).

All prices are in Euros per person and night, and include all taxes (drinks are not included). You will only need to make additional payment for room service at the hotel, extra meals, drinks, telephone calls, etc.

Deadline for Hotel Reservations: September, 8th

Note: Please bear in mind that to attend dinner at any Spanish hotel you are not allowed to wear shorts.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If the cancellations are fewer than 25% of the total number of reservations made before September 8th, the Hotel's cancellation policy will be as follows:

  1. If the cancellation is made prior to October 1st, NO CHARGES will be applied
  2. If the cancellation is made between October 4th and October 10th, the hotel will charge one night to your credit card
  3. If the cancellation is made between October 11th and October 17th, the Hotel will charge 50% of your reservation to your credit card
  4. If it is a No Show situation, the Hotel will charge the 100% of your reservation to your credit card

If the cancellations are more than 25% of the total number of reservations made before September 8th, the Hotel's cancellation policy will be as follows:

  1. If the cancellation is made prior to September 10th, NO CHARGES will be applied
  2. If the cancellation is made between September 10th and October 10th, the hotel will charge one night to your credit card
  3. If the cancellation is made between October 10th and October 14th, the Hotel will charge 50% of your reservation to your credit card
  4. If the cancellation is made between October 14th and your arrival date, the Hotel will charge the 100% of your reservation to your credit card
