Students' talk & poster Instructions
The participants will have the chance to present their work in the form of posters and/or (short, ~8 minutes) oral contributions. There will be dedicated student talk sessions, and posters will be displayed on the website and on TV screens at the school venue.
The posters will be sent by the participants in pdf format (size < 30 Mb). Abstracts for oral contributions will be sent during registration. They will be evaluated by the organising committee, and some will be selected (on the basis of diversity of topics, scientific interest, etc) for the student talk session. Selected talks will also be stored (in pdf format) at the webpage of the school. Deadline for pdf format poster submission is 13 November 2022.
The Multimedia Service of the IAC has prepared the document "Basic Graphic Design" with some guidelines for the design of the posters. An HORIZONTAL DESIGN is recommended (to been seen in full screen mode in a laptop). The recomended proportions are 16:9. Templates for the alignment of elements can be found in these documents (PDF, SVG, PNG, JPG)
