School venue
All the lectures will take place in the "Salón de actos" at the "Museo de las Ciencias y el Cosmos". The lecture hall is located at a distance of about 1 km from the city centre of San Cristóbal de La Laguna (usually just called 'La Laguna') and is next to the headquarters of the Instituto de Astrofísica de Canarias. The venue is 7 km away from the island's capital, Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
The School venue will have full facilities for the attendants including:
- Area for poster presentations
- Coffee breaks
- Free wireless internet access throughout the building
Lunch will be offered in the nearby Faculty of Economics of the ULL.

By public transport
The tram is most convenient for transport. It connects La Laguna and Santa Cruz and runs every 5 - 10 minutes in the mornings. Reaching the venue takes 5 minutes from La Laguna, and approximately 30 minutes from Santa Cruz downtown.

Walking
​The venue can also by easily reached on foot from the center of La Laguna city. Walking from Santa Cruz to the venue can take a very long time and is not recommended.
