At the Spanish National Biotechnology Centre, we are more than 600 people who work in 70 multidisciplinary research groups to unlock the secrets of living things. Our common goal is to apply our research results to the development of new compounds and technologies that will allow us to provide innovative solutions to four big challenges, namely infectious diseases, inflammation and cancer, sustainability of food production, and environmental pollution.
