Meeting Schedule and Format

Scientific sessions will take place from Monday, November3rd, through Friday, November 7th. The number of participants will be limited to about 250.

Conference Venue and Facilities

The conference will take place in the conference hall of the Hotel Playa de la Arena, where the participants are accommodated. They hall is situated in a separate building, next to the hotel. This hotel has full facilities for conference users including:

  • Ample poster area for poster exhibitions. Individual panels (90cm x 90cm) will be provided.
  • Multiple projection screens for powerpoint presentations, microphone, and whiteboard.

Internet access: The hotel offers free wireless access on the ground floor (Bar Piano, reception area). The only other option will be to access the internet from your hotel room through the telephone line. There will not be internet access in or near the conference room or poster room.
