Timetable

The school comprises 7 series of lectures (the introductory series of 4 x 45 mins and 6 topical series of 6 x 45 mins each), 6 hands-on sessions and several dedicated seminars and tutorials (see detailed notes on lectures and topics).

Also part of the school are visits to the Teide Observatory in Izaña in Tenerife and the Roque de los Muchachos observatory in the neighbouring island of La Palma (see details here).
