Registration and abstract submission
The registration fees below include the conference fee, accommodation for 6 nights at Hotel Landmar Playa La Arena (arriving on May 10 and departing on May 16), breakfasts, lunches, coffee breaks, conference cocktail reception and the conference dinner.
- Early-bird registration: €1260 (individual room) · €1000 (shared room)
- Late registration: €1360 (individual room) · €1100 (shared room)
The shared rooms accommodate two participants. It is also possible to request a double room shared with an accompanying person (family member). The total cost of such a double room is €1590 in total, which includes accommodation for 6 nights, breakfasts, and lunches for the accompanying person.
Early-bird registration is encouraged for participants interested in leading discussions and presenting contributed talks and posters. Note that we cannot accept more than 150 participants and may close the registration at any point after the early-bird registration deadline. Also note that registration does not guarantee acceptance. Please do not pay the fee prior to receiving the acceptance email.
Participants may request financial support during registration, which may be provided under special circumstances and subject to a case-by-case assessment. Note that financial support does not constitute a fee-waiver. Requests will be considered after full registration (including fee payment) and supported participants will be partially reimbursed.
