Registration and abstract submission
The registration fee includes:
- The conference fee
- Accommodation for 6 nights (arrival on May 10, departure on May 16)
- Breakfasts
- Lunches
- Coffee breaks
- Conference cocktail reception
- Conference dinner
Participants may choose between an individual room or a shared room at the following rates:
(Please note that these rates have recently been updated. Following a new agreement with the hotel, the early-bird and late registration categories have been removed, and the same rates now apply to all participants.)
- €1260 — Individual room
- €1000 — Shared room
Shared rooms accommodate two participants. It is also possible to request a double room shared with an accompanying person (e.g., a family member). The total cost of such a double room is €1590, which includes accommodation for 6 nights, as well as breakfasts and lunches for the accompanying person.
The final deadline for registration is March 31, 2026, and the final deadline for completing the payment process is April 7, 2026. Please note that the payment process may take several days, so we kindly ask participants to initiate it a few days before April 7.
Late registrations after April 7, 2026 are possible. The applicable rates are as follows:
- €2900 — Individual room
- €3500 — Double room (shared with an accompanying person)
The conference is limited to 150 participants, and registration may close earlier if this limit is reached.
Please note that registration does not guarantee acceptance. Participants will be asked to complete the payment only after receiving confirmation of acceptance from the organizers.
Participants may request financial support during registration. Such requests may be considered under special circumstances and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation policy: Each cancellation request will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Cancellations made after April 7, 2026 will incur a 100% penalty, unless the cancellation is appropriately justified.
