January 12, 2026 — Acceptance emails for early-bird registrants sent by this date. 
January 19, 2026 — Payment deadline for early-bird registrants.
January 30, 2026 — Deadline for late registration (without payment). This includes late submission of abstracts for flash talks and poster presentations.
February 6, 2026 — Acceptance emails for late registrants sent by this date.
February 13, 2026 — Payment deadline for late registrants.
February 27, 2026 — Notification regarding the allocation of financial support. 
May 10, 2026 — Arrival in Tenerife.
May 16, 2026 — Departure from Tenerife.
