Number of participants and Registration Fee

Note that the number of participants will be limited to 120, and early registrations will have the precedence over the latest ones.

The Conference Registration Fee is set at 250 Euros. The fee should be paid by credit card –only VISA or MASTER card are accepted–, and will be charged on Wednesday, 14th May or in cash at the Registration Desk upon arrival (NO bank transfers or checks are accepted). The fee will cover coffee breaks, abstract booklet and proceedings, welcome cocktail, conference dinner, as well as the excursions to the ORM and to the South of the Island (lunch included on route).

Conference Venue and Facilities

The sessions will take place at the conference centre of the Hotel H10 Taburiente Playa, where the participants are accommodated. This hotel has full facilities for conference users including:

• A large conference hall.
• A small computing centre with high-speed links. This will provided by the
  IAC for the conference and will be available during conference hours
  only.
• Ample poster area for poster exhibitions. Individual panels will be provided.
• Slide, overhead and multimedia projectors, and computer display facilities.

Morning and afternoon coffee-breaks will be held in the open air.
