• 15^th May 2024 - Registration Deadline
• 31^th May 2024 - Final (and backup) lists of registered participants as well as those eligible for COST financial support
• 15^th June 2024 - Deadline to book the hotel room and payment of the meal package by the participants (see Venue & Accomodation )
