Metallicity and age of M31 globular clusters from automated fits to theoretical spectra
Abstract
We report progress in automated fitting of stellar and composite observed spectra to a theoretical grid of stellar and SSP spectra to get metallicity and age for M31 GC's with quantitative errors. The procedure is being tested on individual stars by fitting archival UVES spectra of giants from very metal-poor to M67 and the bulge.
