Abstract details

Using PPAK, an Integral Field Unit installed at the Cassegrain focus of the 3.5 m telescope at Calar Alto Observatory, we have performed 6 hours integration in the central region of the galaxy cluster Abell2218. We have detected 43 objects, 27 of them galaxies at the redshift of the cluster. After deblending and extracting the integrated spectra of these galaxies, we analyze the line-strength indices in order to study their stellar population properties.
