Abstract details

I will present observations of the stellar kinematics and populations for a representative sample of 24 Sa galaxies obtained with the integral-field spectrograph SAURON. I will focus on the relationship between the kinematics and stellar populations of the different structures (bulge, disk, central disks,...) found in our sample. Particular attention will be paid to the presence of central disks and kinematically decoupled cores to examine their relation to secular evolutionary processes and the formation of (pseudo-)bulges
