• July 25, 2018: Notification on acceptance of contributions
• July 31, 2018: Deadline for payment of the registration fee.
• August 1, 2018: Deadline of availability of pre-booked rooms at the hotel.
• August 7, 2018: Registration closes.
• October 14, 2018: Registration desk open from 18.00 to 20.00
• October 15, 2018: Meeting starts.
