Do I need to fill up any OD form?
No "Orden de desplazamiento" will be needed.
Will students get any stamp on the "cartilla de seminarios"?
Yes, students will get 3 stamps. Please give your "cartilla" to the LOC before the DNC starts and pick it up at the end.
Who can submit a communication?
Anyone working at the institute. We encourage newbies to submit communications.
Which is the selection criteria for the talks?
We will balance the distribution of topics, working position and gender in order to have the most equal program as possible.
I just arrived to the institute, may I propose a talk?
Yes, we encourage you to present yourself and promote your research.
Can I use my own computer?
No, due to the fast format (3-4 minutes per talk) we need to collect all the files in the same computer. If you want to check the behaviour of animations/videos please contact any member of the LOC before the DNC.
How long should be my presentation?
3 to 4 minutes, this means no more that 6 slides!
Is there any time for questions?
Yes, at the end of each block of talks we will have some minutes for open questions.
