Timetable

The school comprises 6 series of lectures (3 general series of 6 x 45 mins and 3 topical series of 6 x 45 mins each) and 4 tutorials (see detailed notes on lectures and topics).

The reception (23 November) and the School dinner (29 November) will take place at the Hotel Laguna Nivaria en La Laguna.

Also part of the school are visits to the Teide Observatory in Izaña in Tenerife and the Roque de los Muchachos observatory in the neighbouring island of La Palma (see details here).

The public talk by José Alberto Rubiño (IAC) will take place in the Museo de la Ciencia on 26 November.
