There has been a change in the School venue, the lectures will now take place at the main conference room of the Instituto de Astrofísica de Canarias (IAC). The IAC main building is within walking distance from the Laguna Nivaria and Aguere Hotels, and is also accesible using the tram. Instruction on how to reach the IAC will be provided as part of your registration package.

Due to administrative issues that escape to the control of the Organizing Committee we are suffering from delays in the submission of the letters of invitation to the selected participants. We would like to apologize for this delay. You will receive the corresponding notification during this week.

Participants have already been selected and we are struggling to give as much financial support as possible. We kindly ask you some patience: selected participants will receive a letter of invitation and all the documentation necessary to do the payment no later than July 17th.

Due to the extension of the registration deadline and the increase in the number of applications, selected participants will be notified by email no later than July 15th

There is a limited number of rooms available at the Laguna Nivaria hotel, so we recommend to all the participants early payment once you have been selected, in order to secure a place there and share your stay with the lecturers. Once the available rooms at the Nivaria are all allocated, we will offer alternative accommodation at the Aguere**** hotel, located within walking distance of the school venue.
