Poster abstract details

AM Her type magnetic Cataclysmic Variables are interacting close binaries with a magnetic white dwarf and a main sequence star. Because of the high magnetic field intensity no accretion disk can form around the white dwarf star and the flowing matter from the companion is piled on the accretion column. In this study, we discuss the general properties and evolution of AM Her type magnetic Cataclysmic Variables.
