Hotel

We have reserved a number of rooms in Hotel Nivaria**** for the duration of the workshop (Checkin: Tuesday, September 17, Checkout: Saturday, September 21). These rooms are available for a negotiated rate, if booked through the link below, which takes you to our cooperation partner, Magna Congress. If you wish to arrived earlier or stay longer, you can indicate you dates in the form.

Until the early bird registration deadline (June 21), junior participants can apply for free lodging during these days (Sep. 17-21) in Hotel Nivaria through the same webpage. Applicants will be notified shortly after the early-bird deadline if their request can be granted.

Unless all rooms from our reserved contigent are booked, the hotel can be booked until July 22 throug this link.  For a successfull booking of the hotel through this form, a completed registration for the workshop is required. Please note that hotels booked through Magna Congreso are to be paid in advance and before the meeting. 

 

We note that basically any accomodation in La Laguna or Santa Cruz is a valid alternative for lodging. We recommend a place close to the public transportation reaching the conference venue   (see details on how to reach IAC Tec).

 

Conference dinner for an accompanying person

If you want to register an accompanying person for the trip to Teide Observatory and for the conference dinner, please indicate this in the registration form and pay the attendance fee (€30), which covers the expenses for both activites, through the hotel booking form above. This can be done independently of any hotel booking or together with the booking of Hotel Nivaria.
