FOREIGN CURRENCY EXCHANGE

At the time of the Conference, Spanish Pesetas will be the ONLY CURRENCY IN USE, although payment by bank transfer of both registration and accommodation should be made in Euros.

The exchange (constant) rate of the Euro is:

One Euro = 166.386 Pesetas.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds will be processed after the congress, as follows :

BEFORE January 15th, 2001	Registration fee minus 10% service charge
BEFORE January 25th, 2001	Registration fee minus 20% service charge
ON OR AFTER January 26th, 2001	No refund, the complete documentation will be sent
