The meeting will take place at the Barceló Fuerteventura Thalasso Spa Hotel, on the island of Fuerteventura (Canary Islands, Spain).

The scientific sessions will take place in one of the meeting rooms of the Barceló Fuerteventura Thalasso Spa Hotel, which offers a whole range of facilties and services:
- Free wireless access on the conference room.
- Overheads and multimedia projectors and computer display facilities
- Morning and afternoon coffee breaks.
Accomodation
Attendants are strongly recommended to stay at the Barceló Fuerteventura Thalasso Spa Hotel, or in the Barceló Castillo Beach Resort Hotel, which is next to the previous one.
We have pre-booked 70 rooms at these hotels (35 rooms at the Barceló Fuerteventura Hotel, and 35 bungalows at the Barceló Castillo Hotel), at special rates. The prices per day that they offer us are:
- Barceló Fuerteventura Thalasso Spa (rooms)
- Double room, half board accommodation: 48 Eur/person.
- Single room, half board accommodation: 69 Eur/person.
- Barceló Castillo Beach Resort (bungalows)
- Double use bungalow, half board accommodation: 46 Eur/person.
- Single use bungalow, half board accommodation: 67 Eur/person.
