Registration:
Registration is done in three steps: (1) filling the registration form (below); (2) submitting the abstract; (3) paying the registration fee.
Registration fee for Meeting participants before 28th of July: 200 Euros
Registration fee for accompanying persons before 28th of July: 60 Euros
Registration fee for Meeting participants after 28th of July: 240 Euros
Registration fee for accompanying persons after 28th of July: 100 Euros
The registration fee for participants includes:
- Conference material
- Conference Dinner
- Refreshment during breaks, Morning and Evening Coffee
- Conference excursion
Payment options include:
Credit card. The accepted credit cards are VISA and MASTERCARD and will be charged the day after the deadline expired. Please print out the Credit Card payment form ( DOC, PDF), fill in all the applicable fields with capital letters, and submit it by e-mail: pipa2016(at)iac.es or by Fax: +34 922 605 210 before June 28th. Please indicate the number of the accompanying persons. In case you submit the form via fax, please send also an e-mail to inform the LOC about your payment.
Bank transfer. Please note that the bank charges have to be settled by the remitter. QUOTE YOUR NAME and the reference: PIPA2016 with your bank transfer.
