The registration to the event is taken care of by Magna Congresos S.L.

The registration fee is 300 EUR.

The in-person attendance registration fee includes:

In-person attendance is strictly limited to 100 people because of the room capacity. In-person attendance is on a first-come, first-served basis. A waiting list will be created once the limit of 100 is reached.

The fee for the conference dinner of the accompanying person is 65 Euros. In case an accompanying person wishes to attend some but not all of the events included in the conference, please contact the meeting secretariat.

A reduced fee for partial attendance to the meeting is unfortunately not available. However, fee waivers and reductions might be available for a very limited number of persons (<10% of all attendees) but it remains uncertain at this stage. This can include MSc and PhD students, postdocs, and faculty, in particular from low-income countries. If you wish to apply for a fee waiver or reduction you first have to register (below), then log in to your personal area with your username and password and submit the fee support request explaining your special case.
