Poster submission
Posters can be submitted by the participants in pdf format (size < 10 Mb) by January 15, 2025. All posters will be projected on screens in the room where the meeting will take place. Poster submissions from astronomers that are not attending the event will not be accepted. Although posters presenting work relevant to ALMA are preferred, students and junior postdocs are encouraged to submit their work even if it is not directly related to ALMA data and results.
An HORIZONTAL DESIGN is recommended (to been seen in full screen mode in a laptop and to be projected on the large screens of the venue). The recomended proportions are 16:9. The Multimedia Service of the IAC has prepared the document "Basic Graphic Design" with some (non-mandatory) guidelines for the design of the posters.
By submitting a poster you agree to make it publicly available on the pages of the event, along with the full name of the first author.
