Hotel Bookings

Hotel bookings will be made through the LOC. We have negotiated with the Hotel Semiramis a block booking at special rates for reservations made before September 20^th.

To make the reservation, please fill in the Hotel Reservation Form and send it directly to the LOC by fax (Fax: +34 922 605 298) or  email (solaire09 at iac.es).

All prices are in Euros per person and night, and include all taxes (drinks are not included). You will only need to make additional payment for room service at the hotel, extra meals, drinks, telephone calls, etc.

Note: To get those room rates, the booking must be made through the LOC following the instructions above. The hotel cannot guarantee these rates nor room availability for reservations made after the deadline indicated above. Reservations made directly with the Hotel will be done at the standard hotel rates.
