Registration process

The registration in the school is now open, while candidates are still welcome to pre-register. The selected participants will be contacted one by one by the LOC to finalise the registration process. In short, the registration fee has been set to 1000€ per participant. That includes:

To confirm the registration and secure a seat at the school, the selected students will be asked to wire transfer the full amount to the IAC bank account, indicating as a reference: "Gaia school. <Participant name>". The transfer must be addressed to:

Credit card payment are also possible. To enable this, please send the credit card data (holder name, card type, card number and expiry date) to secens(at)iac(dot)es or by fax to the attention of "Secretaría de Enseñanza", fax number: ++0034 922 605210. Once received, a charge will be issued to the credit card and a copy of the bank receipt will be sent to you by email.

In all cases, attendees will get original certificates of attendance and registration payment during the school.
