Poster abstract details

PICARD space mission is scheduled for a launch in February 2010. Its main goal is the measurement of solar diameter and shape within few mili arcseconds and their potential variations during the increasing phase of the current solar cycle. We will present here the simulations and methods developed to make these measurements from SODISM images and how these have been implemented at the PICARD mission center (CMSP) in Brussels.
