2. For what purpose shall we use your personal data?
The INSTITUTO DE ASTROFISICA DE CANARIAS will use the data for the proper administrative organization of the course and in order to invoice the service provided.

The data will be retained for the duration of the activity and will be conserved for the periods stipulated by the appropriate regulations.

Access to your data for the purpose of providing the servide is justified under the fulfilment of the contract.

6. What are your rights when you pass us your data?
You may exercise before the INSTITUTO DE ASTROFÍSICA DE CANARIAS your rights of access, rectification, suppression, limitation, opposition and portability of your data. Similarly, you may refuse to be the object of automated decisions and withdraw previously agreed consent at any time.
To exercise your rights you must indicate in writing the right that you wish to exercise, and accompany this with you identity document (if the written document does not properly identify you) and postal or electronic address for the purpose of notification. The INSTITUTO DE ASTROFISICA DE CANARIAS must respond to the application for the exercise of rights within a period of one month, dating from its receipt. That period may be extended by a further two months if necessary, depending on the complexity and number of applications. We shall inform you of any such extension within one month of receipt of your application and explain the reasons for the delay.
