Given the large number of attendants and the limited capacity of the conference room the registration we are forced to close the registration. We will be happy to accept late registrations in case free slots will become available. To be included in our waiting list please contact us. We will follow a strict chronological order.

Abstracts for posters can be submitted until July 22.

Registration Fees

A reduced fee for partial attendance to the meeting is not possible.
The registration fee will include the following:

• Welcome Reception Cocktail
• Coffee breaks
• Lunches (Monday to Friday)
• Conference Dinner
• Organised tour to the Observatorio del Roque
• Proceedings book

The fee for the accompanying person(s) includes all the previous items excepts the proceeding book. Please note that accompanying persons will not be allowed to enter the meeting room due to the current Covid limitations.

Payment instructions

Once signed up, you will be able to log into your account  and submit your abstract(s). You will be able update to your personal data at any time, and modifiy your abstract until the submission deadline. 

The details to realize the payment of the registration fee and to reserve the hotel at the reduced price can be found once logged in the personal area.

Your registration will not be definitive until payment has been done. Please confirm the payment sending an e-mail to the organizers to rrlcep2022 at iac.es

Registration fee

In case of cancellations the registration fee will be refunded at 85%.
