1.- Is the Winter School open to more senior level people?
Yes. PhDs, postdocs and young engineers will have priority when the grants of the winter School will be assigned, but more senior scientist and/or engineers interested in the school can participate on it.
Participants from space agencies and industry are also welcome.
2.- Are there grants available?
Yes. There is a limited number of grants as explained in:

for participants from any country (but see the priority list).
