Talk abstract details

We study the cooling of magnetized neutron stars taking into account the anisotropy produced by the presence of a strong magnetic field as well as the heat generated by dissipation of the field. Different models for the magnetic field configuration and microphysics, including all the relevant processes, are used in order to compare with observations.
