Talk abstract details

We present a general approach to investigate alternative gravity theories using dynamical systems. We will focus mainly on fourth order FLRW cosmologies. The results are used to understand if these schemes are suitable to obtain cosmological models that naturally include dark energy, inflation and structure formation.
