Rationale
This conference, sponsored by the
RadioForegroundsPlus
project, will bring together the CMB community to discuss the scientific goals and current status of polarization experiments targeting the detection of primordial gravitational waves through B-mode polarization. A central focus of the meeting will be our current understanding of Galactic and extragalactic foreground emission and its impact on CMB measurements.
Foregrounds are widely recognized as the dominant limiting factor in the quest for primordial B-modes. Improving their modeling and characterization is therefore essential—not only to enable robust constraints on inflationary physics, but also to guide the design and optimization of the next generation of ground-based, sub-orbital, and space-borne CMB experiments. This conference is the third in a series of meetings held in Tenerife dedicated to the study of CMB foregrounds ( 2018 and 2022 ), and aims to foster discussion and collaboration at the intersection of foreground science, instrumentation, and cosmology, with the goal of maximizing the scientific return of future CMB missions.
This workshop also aims at bringing together experts in interstellar medium (ISM) science and in CMB foreground characterization. Facilitating discussion between these communities is necessary to realize the full potential of the new data.

- Extragalactic modelling
- Component separation techniques
- Future of CMB & galactic science: challenges and forecasts
